By registering for any class or private instruction with Sight on Safety, you agree to the following terms:

1. Safety Agreement

• You certify that you are legally eligible to possess and train with firearms under federal and state law.

• You agree to follow all safety rules and instructor directions at all times.

• Failure to follow safety instructions may result in immediate removal from the training with no refund.

 

2. Physical & Mental Fitness

• You confirm you are physically and mentally capable of safely handling and shooting firearms.

• You agree to inform the instructor of any medical conditions that may affect your ability to train safely.

 

3. Liability Waiver

• Firearms training involves inherent risks, including serious injury or death.

• You agree to assume all risks and release Sight on Safety, its instructors, and staff from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses sustained during training.

 

4. Code of Conduct

• Respectful and professional behavior is required at all times.

• Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior will result in removal from the class without refund.

 

5. Photography & Media

• Sight on Safety may take photos or videos for training and marketing purposes. You grant us permission to use your likeness unless you specifically opt out in writing.

 

6. Payment & Scheduling

• All payments are due at the time of booking.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to weather, instructor availability, or low enrollment.

 

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

 

By participating in any Sight on Safety training, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
